Program Objectives
This program was designed for expecting and new moms who want to feel mentally prepared, supported, and confident as they transition into the postpartum period.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. This course gives you the knowledge, tools, and support system to navigate the postpartum period with confidence.
Understand postpartum mood & anxiety disorders (PMADs) before they happen
so you can recognize early signs and take action before feeling overwhelmed.
Reduce the impact of postpartum stress, anxiety, and emotional shifts
by learning practical tools to protect your well-being.
Identifying your stage of postpartum
so you have a solid foundation to build upon that reflects where you are in your journey.
Join a supportive community of moms
inside The Online Community, where you’ll connect with Dr. Kumi, her coaching team, and other moms navigating the same journey.
Fill the gap between OB visits
covering the emotional, mental, and lifestyle changes doctors often don’t have time to discuss, especially after being "cleared" at 6 weeks.
Connect with a perinatal mental health specialist
providing education and validation about your current challenges.
Normalize the emotional highs and lows of postpartum
because your mental health will be affected, and knowing how to seek help is a sign of strength, not failure.

What you can expect from completing this program
Completing this program is more than checking a box; it’s a transformation. When you reach the other side, you won’t just feel different, you’ll be different.
You’ll have the tools to advocate for yourself, your body, your mental health, and your boundaries. No more feeling lost in the shuffle or invisible in the motherhood journey. You’ll feel seen, heard, and capable of asking for what you need.
And you’ll have something truly priceless: a community of supportive sisters in your corner. Women who get it. Women who will continue to lift you up, hold space for you, and celebrate your wins long after the program ends.
This program is just the beginning of a new chapter, one where you feel grounded, guided, and gloriously yourself.
You’ll walk away with increased confidence, self-efficacy, and a renewed sense of empowerment. You’ll trust yourself more deeply as a mother, a woman, and an individual. The noise of self-doubt will quiet, and your inner voice will grow louder, clearer, and stronger.
You’ll feel more like you again, like an evolved, stronger version. With a deeper understanding of your needs, a gentler relationship with your mind and body, and clarity around what wellness truly means in motherhood, you’ll be able to care for yourself the way you deserve.
The truth is, your mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It touches everything. When you invest in your healing, your growth, and your joy, the ripple effect is powerful. Your partner feels it. Your baby feels it. Your friendships, your home, your work, all of it benefits when you feel whole.
