Connect with a perinatal transitional coach to talk in-depth about your current situation and struggles transitioning into the fourth trimester. Utilize the 90-minute call to talk about daily schedule development, goal setting, sleep/nutrition habits, support, and validation about your current situation. During these sessions our coaches will provide insight and education about perinatal mental health, and how you can prioritize yourself during a time that feels chaotic.
