This course provides education and awareness around the topics our OBs are not covering in the prenatal appointments, such as:
 
PPD, Colic, nursing, sex drive, etc.
 
Each module focuses on an individual topic, some education, and awareness, as well as tools for early intervention and communicating with your partner.
 
The purchase of this course includes one, 45-minute call with Nicole, where you can discuss anything additional related to your journey, or work to complete your post partum care plan. A little bit of preparation is designed to go a long way when it comes to improving a mother's mental health.
