Evening Routine for the Postpartum Mom
It can be challenging to create a daily routine in the first couple of months of motherhood due to having an unpredictable baby who isn't following much of a schedule. Rather than becoming frustrated with your lack of control start focusing on what you can control and implement systems to support that. Developing a solid nightly routine can assist you in regulating your emotions, prompting more rest, and setting you up for a successful "next' day.
