Light in the Darkness is a heartfelt gathering to honor the lived experiences of mothers affected by Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). This event will offer space for remembrance, healing, and awareness—celebrating the strength of those who have recovered and honoring the memory of those we’ve lost.
The event will include guest speakers, community healing moments, vendor highlights, and a call to action for maternal mental health advocacy and support.
